About Wearable Wellness Guide
WWG is a Physician-Guided Wearable Intelligenceservice. Each cycle, we take the wearable and questionnaire data you submit, run it through an AI-assisted analysis layer, and have a licensed physician review, edit, and attest to the resulting report before it’s delivered to you. The result is a weekly, physician-reviewed picture of what your wearable data is actually telling you.
Educational & Informational Purpose
Everything WWG provides — reports, pattern explanations, research references, and website content — is intended for educational and informational purposes only. It is designed to help you understand your own wearable data more clearly, not to replace the judgment of a healthcare provider who knows your full medical history.
Wellness Positioning
WWG is a wellness monitoring service. It is not a clinical diagnostic service, and it is not a HIPAA-covered entity. We don’t diagnose, treat, or manage any medical condition. Our physicians review your wearable and questionnaire data within that wellness scope — not as a substitute for a clinical evaluation.
No Medical Diagnosis
Nothing WWG delivers — including any report, pattern flag, or Data Reliability Grade — constitutes a clinical diagnosis. A WWG report represents a physician-reviewed wellness assessment, not a medical opinion about a specific condition you may or may not have.
No Treatment or Prescribing
WWG does not prescribe medication, recommend a specific treatment, or direct any aspect of your medical care. Any lifestyle observation in a report is a wellness note, not a prescribing opinion or a treatment plan.
Physician Review Process
Every Weekly Physician Report and Monthly Summary is reviewed by a named Primary Physician and Care Team member, each holding a minimum MBBS qualification and current licensure in their country of registration. Quarterly Physician Letters and the Annual Wearable Intelligence Review are additionally reviewed and countersigned by Dr. Rishav Das, M.B.B.S., WWG’s Clinical Governance Chair.
Physician interpretation under this Service is bounded by the wellness scope described above. The physicians reviewing your data are not your treating clinicians, do not have access to your full medical record, and — receipt of a WWG report does not create a physician-patient relationship in any jurisdiction.
AI-Assisted Analysis
WWG’s AI analysis layer, powered by Claude (Anthropic), organizes your submitted data, calculates trend deltas against your personal baseline, and flags standard lifestyle-metric relationships for physician review. The AI does not make clinical judgments, does not interpret your baseline independently, and does not determine medical significance on its own. Every piece of AI-generated content is reviewed by a licensed physician before it ever reaches you — consistent with WWG’s governing principle:
“AI Computes, Physicians Judge.”
Wearable Device Limitations
Consumer wearables are health-informing tools, not medical devices. Sleep staging, SpO2, and HRV measurements from consumer-grade sensors carry known accuracy limitations relative to clinical instrumentation. Your report’s Data Reliability Grade reflects these limitations, metric by metric, so you know how much weight to place on each reading.
Subscriber Responsibilities
To get the most accurate wellness picture, you agree to:
- Submit accurate and complete data through the intake form each cycle
- Promptly disclose any change in medications or diagnosed health conditions that could affect the interpretation of your data
- Use WWG as one input alongside — never instead of — care from a licensed healthcare provider
Emergency Situations
If you are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe dizziness, unusual palpitations, active suicidal ideation, or any other symptom that concerns you right now, stop reading and contact emergency services or your own physician immediately. Wearable data cannot diagnose an emergency, and this Service cannot respond to one in real time.
Personal Healthcare Decisions
Nothing on this website or in any WWG report should be treated as medical advice specific to your treatment. Please discuss any finding with a healthcare provider licensed in your jurisdiction before making a healthcare decision based on it.
Third-Party Services
WWG relies on trusted third-party providers to operate the Service, including for billing (Lemon Squeezy), email delivery (Postmark), data storage (Baserow, Google Drive), form intake (Tally), and AI processing (Anthropic). We don’t control these providers’ own systems, and use of the Service is also subject to their respective terms. Intellectual Property
The WWG Clinical Framework, the WWG Pattern Dictionary, and all report templates are proprietary to WWG. Nothing on this website or in this Disclaimer grants you any right to reproduce, adapt, or commercially exploit WWG’s underlying methodology or templates. You do, however, own the content of every report delivered to you, and you’re free to share your own reports with your healthcare provider, family, or anyone else you choose.
Limitation of Liability
WWG’s liability in connection with your use of this website and the Service is limited as set out in our Terms of Service, which governs in the event of any conflict with this page. In general terms: WWG is not liable for any healthcare decision you make independent of consultation with a licensed clinical provider, and nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
