Welcome to Wearable Wellness Guide (“WWG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of wearablewellnessguide.com and the WWG Physician Review subscription service (the “Service”). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Please also review our Privacy Policy and Disclaimers, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1. Service Description
WWG is a physician-led wellness monitoring service. Each subscription cycle, our AI analysis layer organizes the wearable and questionnaire data you submit, and a licensed physician reviews, edits, and attests to the resulting report before it is delivered to you. The Service includes the Weekly Physician Report, Monthly Summary, Quarterly Physician Letter, and Annual Wearable Intelligence Review, depending on your subscription tenure.
WWG is a wellness review service. It is not a clinical diagnostic service, and it is not a HIPAA-covered entity. This document represents a physician-reviewed wellness assessment. It does not constitute a clinical diagnosis, a medical treatment recommendation, or a prescribing opinion. Receipt of any WWG report does not create a physician-patient relationship in any jurisdiction. The physicians who review your data are not licensed to practice medicine in your jurisdiction and are not acting as your treating clinicians.
If you are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe dizziness, unusual palpitations, active suicidal ideation, or any other symptom that concerns you right now, stop and contact emergency services or your own physician immediately. Wearable data cannot diagnose an emergency, and this Service cannot respond to one.
2. Eligibility
The Service is available to adults aged 18 and over, worldwide, in English. By subscribing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are able to form a binding contract with WWG.
3. Account Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Submit accurate and complete data through the intake form each cycle
- Promptly disclose any change in medications or diagnosed health conditions that may affect the interpretation of your data
- Maintain only one active account per subscriber
Physician interpretation under this Service is bounded by the wellness scope described in Section 1. Physicians reviewing your data are not treating clinicians and do not have access to your full medical record; their review is limited to the data you submit.
4. Subscription Terms
WWG offers two subscription plans:

Both plans provide identical access to the report suite; there is no feature difference between them beyond billing cadence and price.
5. Billing & Renewals
Subscriptions are billed and processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
If a payment fails, WWG (via Lemon Squeezy) will attempt up to six retries over approximately 30 days. If payment is not recovered within that window, your subscription is paused, not automatically cancelled — your data and baseline are preserved, and access resumes as soon as payment is recovered.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time, self-service, through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Before finalizing a cancellation, you will be offered the option to pause your subscription for one to three months at reduced billing instead.
If you cancel, your subscriber data and baseline are retained for three months following cancellation, after which they are deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked full refund on both the Monthly and Annual plans, starting from your initial subscription date. After the 14-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable, as physician review time is incurred each cycle regardless of whether you engage with your report.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your login credentials or access codes with any other person
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any report or content delivered through the Service
- Misrepresent a WWG report, or any physician attestation contained in it, to a third party (including presenting it as a clinical diagnosis)
9. Intellectual Property
The WWG Clinical Framework, WWG Pattern Dictionary, and all report templates are proprietary to WWG and protected as trade secret and/or copyrighted material. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, adapt, or commercially exploit WWG’s underlying methodology or templates.
You own the content of every report delivered to you. You are free to share your own reports with your healthcare provider, family, or anyone else you choose.
10. Medical & AI Disclosures
WWG’s AI analysis layer, powered by Claude (Anthropic), organizes submitted data, calculates trend deltas against your personal baseline, and flags standard lifestyle-metric relationships for physician review. The AI does not make clinical judgments, does not interpret your personal baseline independently, and does not determine medical significance. All AI-generated content is reviewed and attested to by a licensed physician before it reaches you.
Consumer wearables are health-informing tools, not medical devices. Sleep staging, SpO2, and HRV measurements from consumer-grade sensors carry known accuracy limitations relative to clinical instrumentation; your report’s Data Reliability Grade reflects these limitations for each metric.
Nothing in a WWG report should be interpreted as medical advice specific to your treatment. Discuss any finding with a healthcare provider licensed in your jurisdiction before making a healthcare decision.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WWG’s total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Service — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. WWG is not liable for any healthcare decision you make independent of consultation with a licensed clinical provider. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold WWG harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your misuse of a report — including presenting it as a clinical diagnosis to a third party — or from your breach of Section 8 (Acceptable Use).
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country of residence apply and cannot be waived.
If a dispute arises, we ask that you first contact us at contact@wearablewellnessguide.com so we can attempt a good-faith resolution. If that is unsuccessful, either party may pursue the dispute-resolution mechanism available under the governing law above.
14. Modification Process
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
